Based on the principle of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA), zeolite molecular sieves are used as adsorbents. Owing to the selective adsorption property of zeolite molecular sieves, a large amount of nitrogen is adsorbed by the zeolite molecular sieves, while oxygen is enriched in the gas phase. Nitrogen - oxygen separation is achieved under the action of pressure swing adsorption.
A two - adsorption - tower process is adopted: one tower performs adsorption to produce oxygen, and the other tower undergoes negative - pressure desorption for regeneration. The opening and closing of pneumatic valves are controlled by an intelligent PLC program, enabling the two towers to operate alternately in a cyclic manner and continuously produce high - quality oxygen.
